Perinet National Park

Périnet is the old French name for Analamazaotra, now known as the Analamazaotra Special Reserve or the Indri Special Reserve. It is the most easily accessible tropical rainforest reserve in Madagascar, located about 3 hours from Tana (Antananarivo), and covers an area of 810 hectares. The reserve is home to the largest species of lemur, the Indri, as well as unusual reptiles and rare bird species.
